Under the Brooklyn Sun

A heat wave has hit Brooklyn and it is hot, hot, hot! All weekend we were outside and even had a little impromptu picnic of sorts on Saturday in our backyard, a thing of which we are so thankful for. I have a feeling we’ll be living out there this summer if Micah has anything to do with it!:)

Ya, we all ate off of zoo animal paper plates…Micah loves them!;)

A misopedist, the is the latest pyschological misfit to enhance the 21st Century, from miseo [Greek = to hate] and [pais, paidia = child], probably American rather than English spelling eg., pais becomes ped, thus misopedist. So after that brief display of pedantry you have a new label for those enlightened New Yorkers who hate children. Now, there may even be a moniker for women who despise motherhood…love Dad
