To Me, To Us…

A glimpse of God’s promises…to me, to us…

Blessed is the one
Whose sins are overcome
Whom God has sheltered deep within His grace
Blessed is the one

Who trusts in God the Son
His steadfast love the sinner’s hiding place

Jesus, your blood covers all my sin
Jesus, your love draws my heart to sing
What a savior Jesus!

I will always hide
At my savior’s side
I find my refuge in His sovereign care
When the waters rise
God will hear my cries
His steadfast love will hold me safely there

Jesus, Your blood covers all my sin
Jesus, your love draws my heart to sing
What a savior Jesus!

You are my savior
You are my redeemer
You’re all I need
You’re everything!

Jesus, Your blood covers all my sin
Jesus, Your love draws my heart to sing
What a savior Jesus!

-Blessed Is the One (Psalm 32), Sovereign Grace Music

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back from captivity. I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the LORD, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”

-Jeremiah 29: 11-14

Just finished reading Acts 16 this morning about Lydia, how she was a worshipper of God and "the Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul." v.14 God does it all doesn't He? Have a great weekend.
