Thoughtfulness

It was so special to receive a beautiful gift for Amelia in the mail last week from my dear friend Adrienne who moved to Kansas last year! As usual, it was evident a lot of thought and beauty went into this present…Adrienne had gone out of her way to get some things she knew were just my style for my little girl; cute and feminine but not too over the top!

I put Amelia in the pink sleeper yesterday as seen in the pictures and she looked adorable…nothing like soft pink against baby skin! And who knew a gift could be used for multiple purposes? I put the ribbon that was tied around the gift into Ellie’s hair and she’s got an instant head band!

Hmmm, a headband out of “found material.” I guess I “went green” yesterday, right?;)

Our little doll baby (excuse the poor picture quality)…I got the white baby bonnet at a thrift store! I couldn’t resist!:)

Ellie sporting the blue ribbon in her hair! I can’t believe she kept it in!:)

That bonnet is so cute! And I love how cute Ellie's hair looks with that ribbon. I think I'm going to have to try that look with my girls.
